Inno Cheque Writer BD

Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

These terms apply to Inno Cheque Writer BD (“the app”), its website and the accounts we provide (“the service”), offered by INNOBYTE (“we”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. What the service is

The app prints text – date, payee, amount, amount in words and crossings – onto cheque leaves issued by your bank. It does not issue cheques, hold money or communicate with any bank. We are not affiliated with any bank; bank names are used only to identify cheque layouts.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Plans, allowance and payment

4. Licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on the number of PCs your plan allows while your account is in good standing. The app checks your plan with our server and works offline for a limited time. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the app except where the law allows it.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve the app and the presets, and change these terms with notice on the website; continued use after a change means you accept it. If a change reduces what a paid plan includes during a period you have paid for, you may ask for a pro-rata refund.

6. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, for example for fraud or attempts to bypass the allowance, and will tell you why. You can close your account at any time from My account. Records we must keep by law, such as payments, are kept after closing.

7. No guarantee of alignment or acceptance

Printers, drivers and cheque leaves differ. The app is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee that text will be aligned on every printer or that any bank will accept a printed cheque. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a dishonoured or rejected cheque.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction.
