Delivery
Nothing is shipped. Premium is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and the app picks it up when it next connects (or right away with Account › Refresh now). Innobyte Billing e-mails the receipt to you in Inno Cheque Writer BD's name (from billing@innobyte.io; replies come to us), and every receipt is also under My account › Payments.
How to pay
Payments are taken by Innobyte Billing (billing.innobyte.io), the payment service of INNOBYTE, through PayStation: bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a debit or credit card, on PayStation's secure payment page. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. Payments are not taken automatically; you choose when to renew. Before your time ends, Innobyte Billing reminds you by e-mail with a link to renew; each reminder also has a link to stop the reminders.
If something goes wrong
If you paid and Premium is not active within an hour, contact us with the invoice number from the receipt e-mail (it starts with ICW-). You never need to pay twice. See also the Return and Refund Policy.
