Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Inno Cheque Writer BD Premium is software delivered online: nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back. Premium is switched on in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Instead of a return, you can ask for a refund as described below; when a refund is made, the Premium time it paid for ends.

Refunds

Within 7 days: if Premium does not work for you, ask within 7 days of the payment for a full refund.
Paid twice or by mistake: a duplicate payment, or a payment for a plan you did not receive, is refunded in full at any time.
Failed payments: if money left your account but the payment did not complete, it is normally returned by your wallet or bank automatically. If not, send us the invoice number and we will help.
After 7 days payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or as described in the terms.

How to ask

Write to icw@innobyte.io from your account's e-mail address with the invoice number (it starts with ICW- and is on your receipt).

What happens

We return the money through PayStation to the method you paid with. When the refund is made, the Premium time you paid for ends; any other paid periods move earlier so you lose no time you paid for. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your wallet or bank, usually 7 to 10 working days.
